This may take a few minutes the first time Mosaic loads or when a new update is being installed.
If Mosaic does not load, even after 3-4 minutes, try refreshing or closing your browser and opening it again. If it still does not load, it is possible that you are using an unsupported browser.
Mosaic can't reach the server
The application loaded, but the server did not respond. This is usually a temporary network or server problem rather than something wrong with your computer.
If this keeps happening, please contact your Mosaic administrator.
